A decade of building from zero — commercial channels, partner structures, sales organisations. Joined Enpal at €40M in Partner Sales revenue; helped scale the division to €100M+ in its second year of operation. Built the DVAG Sales Partner Network from 120 to 600+ active Business Units, launched Enpal’s first Performance Improvement Plan, then led the OBI retail channel from concept to launch: 6 pilot locations live, 150 of 340 OBI markets identified for rollout, €30M+ projected for 2026.

Before that: 15 international markets at CYBEX across APAC and CIS (110% target, two years running), and 6× revenue growth at Bela Aqua. Even earlier, Blubb — a naturally-cloudy wine spritzer and organic grape spritzer in a can, co-created with three of Germany’s best young winemakers — placed at a major festival reaching over 300,000 visitors in year one.

What connects it all: building genuine relationships, creating clear structures, and the ability to win people over — convincing, motivating and aligning them behind a shared vision.

Joined the Partner Sales division at €40M. Built two verticals in sequence, reporting directly to the Co-Founder.

Sales Partner Network (DVAG): Scaled from 120 to 600+ active Business Units. Launched 4 new verticals from zero, built Sales Manager and Team Lead structures, introduced Enpal’s first Performance Improvement Plan. Delivered training sessions and keynotes throughout. Division reached €100M+ in its second year of operation.

OBI — Lead Partner & First Retail Channel: Led the design and launch of Enpal’s first offline retail presence. Live in 6 pilot locations — 150 of 340 OBI markets identified for successive rollout. €30M+ projected for 2026.
